Luke 10:21-22
“21 In that hour Jesus rejoiced in spirit, and said, I thank thee, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that thou hast hid these things from the wise and prudent, and hast revealed them unto babes: even so, Father; for so it seemed good in thy sight.
22 All things are delivered to me of my Father: and no man knoweth who the Son is, but the Father; and who the Father is, but the Son, and he to whom the Son will reveal him.”
How do we know God? It is only by the revealing of Him by His Son we come to know God. Without Jesus Christ revealing His Father to us through His Holy Spirit we would never truly know God the Father as our Father. And it is only because He has chosen us in Him before the foundations of the world we are called in His time unto salvation in Jesus Christ and in Jesus Christ alone. For there is no other way to God the Father but by His only begotten Son Jesus Christ. Not by any work we could do but only by the marvelous, wonderful grace of God are we chosen in Him and called unto Him, to be His child for all eternity.
Many down through the ages have dreamed of having true love but will never know the love our Heavenly Father has for His children. A love unlike any that can be found in this world.
