Titus 2:11-15
“11 For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men,
12 Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world;
13 Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ;
14 Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.
15 These things speak, and exhort, and rebuke with all authority. Let no man despise thee.”
Look at verse 13. “Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ;” So many today are more concerned with the coming of the AntiChrist or the Mark of the Beast or the Seven Years of Tribulation. But over and over our Lord reminds us in His Word we are to be watching and waiting for His return for His Bride. Yes, it is interesting to study End Times Prophecy, but we are not to be so consumed by it we forget the coming of our Lord. Our days should be consumed with the Word of God and with sharing the Gospel with others not worrying and fretting over the coming tribulation of God on the unsaved of this world.
Praise ye the Lord!!!
