2 Timothy 2:15
“Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.”
Pastor, what are you preaching this morning? Are you rightly dividing the word of truth in a way that is approving to God or to prove a personal point? Will your sermon bring glory to God or shame on yourself? Have you studied in such a way and will you present the word in such a way that God will approve?
As pastors we must carefully and diligently and prayerfully study God's Word before presenting it to His people. We have been given an awesome responsibility to rightly divide the word of truth. To feed His sheep.
