Proverbs 16: 24
“Pleasant words are as an honeycomb, sweet
to the soul, and health to the bones.”
As children of God we should be speaking
pleasant words to our brothers and sisters. It has always amazed me to see
someone who claims the name of Jesus but has nothing good to say about their
brothers and sisters.
Oh how the love of our Lord can show through
us when we express that love to our brothers and sisters. Also when we show a
similar compassion on those in the world around us. Are we not then showing
them the love of Christ and sharing with them the Grace bestowed upon us
through His salvation. Thus preaching the Gospel by example of Him living in us
and working through us.
