“And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.”
Romans 9:20
“Nay but, O man, who art thou that repliest against God? Shall the thing formed say to him that formed it, Why hast thou made me thus?”
Apply these verses to what we hear going on today. Our repentance is not in how God made us physically. If God made our skin color white, black, yellow, red, brown, etc. that does does not effect our souls. It is the sin of the heart. It is a spiritual matter not a physical.
Mark 7:20-23
“20 And he said, That which cometh out of the man, that defileth the man.
21 For from within, out of the heart of men, proceed evil thoughts, adulteries, fornications, murders,
22 Thefts, covetousness, wickedness, deceit, lasciviousness, an evil eye, blasphemy, pride, foolishness:
23 All these evil things come from within, and defile the man.”
A dead spirit within a man will bring rottenness to his bones and his flesh. Only the Holy Spirit of God can awaken that dead spirit and bring forth new life into a spiritually decaying body.
