Psalm 75:1
“Unto thee, O God, do we give thanks, unto thee do we give
thanks: for that thy name is near thy wondrous works declare.”
As we enter the last day of the work week for many of us,
let us not forget to thank our Lord for all He has given us and done for us
this week. As we look forward to the weekend and some rest and relaxation from
our jobs, we often forget to give God the praise for helping us through another
week.
For many of us our Saturdays are filled with time to unwind
from a busy week and to spend time doing things around our home or maybe taking
the family to do something fun. But, remember the Lord in all this too. Be
thankful to the one who has given you this time.
While we are out and about on our time off from our weekly
routine, let us be the witnesses for our Lord and Savior He expects and
commands us to be. Let others see our love for our Lord in all we do and say.
Let others see we are not like the rest of the world. Go have a good time but
give God the glory for it all and be a godly witness for Him.
Praise ye the Lord!!!
